long duration. We
can avail benefit from this
expenditure in the current
years and in the
future years too. It
has a duration
of more than
one year. In a financial
statement it is
posted in the Balance Sheet
after that it is
capitalized .
REVENUE EXPENDITURE :
Revenue expenditure
is a particular amount spend on
on goods
or services consumed
in the short
duration . We can avail
benefit from this
expenditure in the
current year only .
It has
duration of up to
the one year. In
financial statement it
is posted in the
Trading and Profit
and Loss Account but
it is not
capitalized .
