Behrman’s masterpiece
is the painting
of a leaf
on the wall.
It is the
last leaf . it
is the leat
that saved Johnsy’s
life by surviving
the strong wind
and heavy rainfall.
It makes Johnsy
willing to live.
But it takes
the life of Behrman.
So Sue says
that at last
Behraman has painted
his master piece.
